Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made on Nordwell.tech. Because we sell digital software licenses delivered electronically, our refund conditions differ from those of physical goods.

1. Digital Products and Eligibility

All products sold on Nordwell.tech are digital software licenses sent by email. Once a license key has been issued, accessed, or activated, it cannot be returned or revoked. For this reason, most digital software purchases are non-refundable.

Refunds may only be considered in the following situations:

  • The product key cannot be activated.
  • Our support team confirms that the key is defective or invalid.
  • A replacement key is not available.

Incorrect purchases, compatibility issues, or changes of mind do not qualify for refunds.

2. Incorrect Product Selection

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and system requirements before purchasing. If you are unsure which product is suitable, please contact our support team prior to checkout. Refunds will not be issued due to purchasing the wrong version, edition, or platform of a software product.

3. Activation Issues

If you experience activation problems, our support team will help troubleshoot the issue. You may be asked to provide screenshots or error messages to verify the problem.
A refund will only be issued if the key is confirmed unusable and no replacement is available.

4. Duplicate Purchases

Refunds for accidental duplicate orders may be considered only if the product keys have not yet been viewed or delivered. Once a key has been issued, all sales become final.

5. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We may request additional verification to investigate the claim. Unauthorized use of your payment method may also require you to contact your bank or card provider.

6. Processing Refunds

If your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • You will receive confirmation once the refund has been completed.

7. No Returns for Digital Goods

Because our products are delivered electronically, Nordwell.tech does not accept returns of any kind. There is no physical item to ship back, and digital licenses cannot be “returned” once issued.
